We are devoted to the people who use our products, services and applications. In our industry, research is paramount. We ask questions. We take notes. We learn everything there is to learn about the target audience, and we iteratively test our work throughout the design process.
UX research helps us identify and prove or disprove our assumptions, find commonalities across ourtarget audience members. It helps us to recognize their needs, goal, and mental models. Overall, UX research improves our understanding, and validates our decisions.
The main goal of UX research is to inform the design process from an end user’s perspective. UX research consists of two parts: gathering data, and synthesizing that data in order to improve usability.

Prototyping. Rethinking. Redesign & Testing
This is the starting point of the interface lifecycle. Before we begin with the UI design, we create prototypes to answer fundamental questions quickly. Functional prototypes help us to choose the right solutions, and adapt to any changes efficiently.
After creating the prototypes we can proceed to the next stages: page redesign and integration. Integrated solutions are tested on live projects, which allows us to work with analytics to assess the effectiveness of our designs.
The UX research phase can take up to 2 months. Statistics and experience have shown that proper UX research and implementation can increase sales through e-commerce websites with up to 100%.
